The site of the accommodation was beautiful, quiet, secluded and peaceful. the accommodation was superb. A light and airy cottage which was in first class decorative order …. this would be recommended without reservation / hesitation.
An absolutely gorgeous corner of Wales. The views from Library Cottage are wonderful and the estate is quite lovely with the River Usk flowing through the grounds. We will return.
The cottage was prepared as if we were expected as friends, and during the whole week the friendliness and helpfulness of everyone on the Estate was exceptional! We shall most certainly be returning there next year we hope. It is our first Stately Homes holiday and we cannot praise it highly enough! Thanks. There are 20 miles of walks within the private estate!! and everywhere we were welcomed and treated as friends.
An excellent location with relatively easy access by road. A peaceful setting with excellent views of Black Mountain peaks. Excellent walks from the property or from a short car ride. Big town facilities / attractions within 1 hours drive.
