The Library accommodation is arranged over 2 levels with two bedrooms on the ground floor and the sitting room/dining room, kitchen and access to the garden 8 steps down from the front door. The beds can be made up as twins or doubles, please let the team know on booking. The newly refurbished fully fitted kitchen is perfect for guests who want to delight in cooking up delicious meals from the plentiful local cuisine. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer for those falls in the river or after a wet and muddy walk on the many routes on and around the estate.

Glanusk Lodge is situated amongst beautiful landscaped gardens, in the heart of Glanusk Park known as the “Jewel in the Usk Valley”. It is sited next to the location of the original mansion which was demolished in 1956, therefore considered to have the best, commanding views of the Estate and area. The garden surrounding Glanusk Lodge is a renowned wedding venue.

Covid-19 Information

The dining room features a table that seats up to 16 and also has French doors opening on to the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4-door Aga, (operating September – April), double electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. An adjacent utility room has a second fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer.

Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well behaved dogs for £5 per dog per day, which must be restricted to the kitchen and utility areas.
