Drawing Room

The drawing room has french doors opening out on to a paved verandah. There is a flat screen television with Sky TV, i-pod docking station, CD player, DVD player, CDs and DVDs, playing cards, and backgammon and chess sets.

Dining Room

The formal dining room has a table that seats up to 14 people with French doors opening out onto the paved verandah. There is also a hot plate/warmer provided.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, Aga (operating winter months only), double oven electric cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher, and a DAB digital radio.

Separate Drinks Cupboard

The drinks cupboard has wine glasses, port glasses, champagne flutes and tumblers. A wine cooler and ice bucket is also supplied.

Utility Room

The utility room has a double sink, second refrigerator/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Garden and Verandah

Outdoor furniture including table, chairs and sun umbrella. There is also a charcoal bbq – guests to supply their own charcoal please. There is a selection of plastic plates and glasses for outdoor use in the kitchen.

Outdoor activities

A set of boules and croquet is provided. Guests can also book fishing in the River Usk, and clay pigeon shooting for an additional charge. Please contact The Estate Office on 01873 810414 or emailing [email protected] for further information.

Bedrooms

• 3 double bedrooms (one downstairs and two upstairs)
• 2 twin bedrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs)
• 2 single bedrooms (one downstairs and one upstairs)
• 4 bathrooms
• 1 cloakroom

All bedrooms are supplied with hand towels and bed linen, and two of them have hand held hair dryers.

Bathrooms

All bathrooms have bath towels, bath mats, soap, shampoo and conditioner, bath and shower gel, and non-slip mats.

Children

Children are very welcome. There is a small selection of children’s toys including a paint box for wet weather – for use in the kitchen only please.   A high chair is also available on request.

There is a selection of children’s plastic plates, cups and glasses in the kitchen.

Parking

There is parking for up to four cars outside The Lodge. Please advise in advance if you require additional parking.

Recycling

Please note details in The Lodge regarding recycling and rubbish collection. We would very much appreciate your help with ensure the rubbish is put in the right place! Black bin bags are no longer in use in Wales! Many thanks!
