Following the most recent announcement from Welsh Government on the lifting of some lockdown restrictions we are delighted that from 27th March it is anticipated that restrictions will be lifted to enable us to open our self catering accommodation (Garden Cottage, Glanusk Lodge, Oak Retreat and The Tower) and Glanusk Caravan Park for self contained vehicles to residents of Wales only.
We are awaiting an announcement from the Welsh Government for the date we can allow guests who are not resident in Wales and non self-contained vehicles and camping.
Guests are welcome to make a booking for a stay from 27th March at their own risk and our cancellation policy states “If you cannot come to us we will not refund but will hold over your booking until you can, but if we have to cancel due to COVID-19 restrictions being imposed locally or nationally in Wales we will either refund your booking or hold over”.
We are making sure all necessary COVID-19 precautions and Health & Safety requirements are in place for guests and our home team who look after the properties. In order to leave enough time in between bookings for deep cleaning and preparation of the properties there will be a sanitised period of 48-72 hours between guests. We are following the scientific guidance from Welsh Government to make sure everyone stays safe and free of COVID-19.
Please contact the Estate Office on 01873 810414 or email [email protected] for further information prior to booking your stay here.
