My feedback, which is set within the context of 15+ years of delivering events at myriad venues and having dealings with numerous stakeholders, owners and the like.
You and the team at Glanusk have genuinely been one of the very best landowners to deal with based on:
- Welcoming and ‘partnership’ approach from the very first meeting / visit
- Faciliative – you have always sought to provide answers and solutions as opposed to barriers and ‘can’t dos’
- Responsiveness and immediacy
- Clarity and conciseness – no fudge or time wasting!
- Flexible and tolerant – I always felt that there was an empathy for what we were trying to do. At many venues , many (of our) requests seem to be regarded as ‘hassle’ and irritations. Whereas you / the staff always appeared to trust us that we were requesting information or assistance for good reasons
- Biscuits (no need to say more!)
At so many venues one feels like you are always paying visits to the Headmaster pleading for leniency! Glanusk was a joy but can we have dry joy next year?
